In order to maintain customer service and patient care standards, we have established the following financial policies.
For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard and Interac.
We are able to answer any questions you may have regarding our dental fees. We strive to ensure our patients are well-informed before and work is started.
Payment is due at the time of your appointment.
We ask that payment is made upfront. While we do offer assistance with your insurance claims, we ask that payment is made in full at the time of your appointment.
If your insurance company has any questions regarding your treatment, we are happy to give them the answers they need so you receive your reimbursement.
Insurance Policies
We would be happy to work directly with your insurance provider to help you get clarity about your dental coverage.
With larger dental cases such as dental implants, or wisdom teeth extractions, we can provide the necessary paperwork your insurance provider requires to ensure you receive your reimbursement.
Additional Information
In some instances, additional information may be requested by your plan administrator in order to ensure that the treatment is covered by your plan. We will be happy to provide this additional paperwork to ensure that you receive the care you need.
Dental plans are designed to help patients pay for their dental treatment. However, not all dental plans cover the complete cost of treatment.
If your dental treatment is only partially covered, you will have to share in the cost of your dental care.
