Driftwood Dental, A General and Cosmetic Dental Clinic in the Comox Valley.  New Patients Welcome.

News:  May, 2012  Recently, Dr. McGaw was appointed a member of the CDSBC Sedation and General Anaesthetic Services Committee.  This CDSBC committee (formerly known as the Accreditation Committee) monitors the standards of practice in relation to inducing deep sedation while providing non-hospital dental services in British Columbia.  To ensure best practices and public safety, the Committee will conduct annual reviews of the SGAS guidelines.  The CDSBC will post addendums on their website identifying the changes so that facilities providing deep sedation or general anaesthesia may proactively implement them.

It’s Wedding season so book your Zoom! Whitening appointment early. We recommend you book 2 weeks prior to the special day as some people experience sensitivity. Driftwood Dental recommends using a toothpaste that helps alleviate sensitivity during the first 2 weeks after your Zoom! whiteneing session.
